Synergy requires a credit card to hold all first time appointments. We request payment for appointments missed or canceled without 24 hours notice. 48 hours is required for multiple appointments.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes and strongly scented products. These trigger headaches for many. Thank you for your understanding.
Synergy provides safe, therapeutic, non-sexual massage. Any behavior deemed inappropriate will result in immediate cessation of the session and payment in full is required.
For your own safety, we reserve the right to end a session early if we suspect that a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Receiving bodywork during these times can lead to dehydration, dizziness, nausea and compromised pain perception. Payment in full is required.

Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Lost gift certificate information may be retrieved in our database if enough information was provided at the time of purchase. We encourage all clients to provide this information. In the case of lost gift certificates, we honor the amount on file.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who must also sign a waiver.
A completed and signed intake form is required. It is imperative that your massage therapist is aware of your medical history and of any current medications and/or medical conditions. This information is used to tailor your individualized session safely and comfortably for you.
